Garry - your principal contact at Out and About Advertising Ltd - can help you. He has over 30 years experience in the Outdoor Advertising industry. Garry formed Out and About Advertising in 2006, providing Local Billboards for Local Businesses in the Thames Valley after being Development and Commercial Director of one of the largest Outdoor Advertising Contractors in the UK, where he led a large development team, increasing the site estate from 3,000 to over 32,000 panels.

For 13 years Garry represented the Outdoor Advertising Association (OAA) on the Outdoor Advertising Council (OAC), spending two of those years as Chairman. The OAC represented the Planning interests of the OAA and the British Sign and Graphics Association. The OAA has now changed its name to the Outdoor Media Centre (OMC). Out and About Advertising Ltd therefore offers valuable expertise on how the Planning Regulations relate to Outdoor Advertising. Garry can advise you on which advertisements require Express Consent, what can and cannot be displayed with Deemed Consent, which advertisements are Exempt and what the new regulations (that came into force on 1st April 2007) will mean to you. With over 30 years experience of what has and what has not been allowed at appeal, Garry can advise you on establishing effective outdoor advertising.
